2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation requests are accepted within 24 hours of payment, only if no work has started.
• Once work has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
• Subscription services can be cancelled before the next billing cycle.
• Cancellation requests must be sent via email.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds are applicable only if work has not started.
• Once work has started, no refund will be provided.
• Payments for consultation, strategy sessions, audits, and planning are non-refundable.
• Advance payments, onboarding fees, and booking amounts are non-refundable.
• Refund requests raised after 24 hours of payment will not be accepted.

4. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used via Razorpay.
• Payment gateway charges, taxes, or bank fees (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be considered only at the sole discretion of SERAMIC STUDIO.

• Change of mind after payment
• Delay caused due to client's non-response or missing inputs
• Client dissatisfaction based on personal preference
